If you confirmed your registration but you didn't get an email, and your name doesn't appear in the list of participants, please contact the organizer.

Travel and Accomodation

  • Student room from the CROUS are ... student rooms. This means minimal comfort, but your are on the campus and it is very cheap (about 10€).
  • Select “None” to manage your accomodation yourself. There is a list of possible hotels on the "Location" page.

Student Grant

Those grants, covering a CROUS room on campus and (part of) the travel will be awarded first for students presenting their work during the workshop. The number of available travel grants isn't known at this time and the organizers will contact you directly to keep you informed.
